The day started with a strong coffee at the albergue and a very random phone call offering me a job in Saudi Arabia - unfortunately my plans are in Asia for now. I headed out with my blister half recovered, unfortunately. The pain, which I underestimated, was excruciating. The first kilometer was very difficult. I stopped for another coffee and a toast and I resumed with no change in my pain (7/10). The stage, of only 13 km, was 60% ascending to 650 m. The end was a smooth descent into Gontán and finally the albergue in Abadín. Another five-star albergue with differentiating features that made my day (soap in the shower and a towel, for instance!).  I cleaned myself and headed out for lunch. Came back and relaxed to let my blister heal.
