Deba to Markina

The journey started with me thinking I had left my second  earpiece nd case behind at the Hostal - days later I realized it was in my backpack. Back to the good old wired headphones. This day, the steep ascends were a challenge that somehow felt easier than the day before.  The landscapes were to die for and I enjoyed stopping along the way to have a snack or two.  I arrived quite early to Markina where I had four pinchos (tortilla, beef, acelga and ensaladilla rusa). In Markina, I spent the night in a convent, in a very nice and different setting.  The temperature in the north of Spain dropped and the nights cooled off.
